We are local property and infrastructure consultants.
Our growing local team, led by Harrison Spurling, provides civil engineering, water engineering, landscape architecture, urban design and visual media services throughout Adelaide and the surrounding regions.
As one of Australia’s largest employee-owned property and infrastructure consultancies, we have been a trusted advisor to the local industry for more than 35 years. With established local projects with some of our key national clients already underway, the growing Adelaide team is supported by more than 350 people working across eight integrated disciplines in our Melbourne, Brisbane, Canberra, Geelong, Ballarat, Bendigo, Shepparton, Gippsland and Albury / Wodonga offices as it continues to build.
The importance of being part of the communities in which we work has always been fundamental to our business. Through our various roles with developers, local government and authorities across our locations, we understand the importance of establishing a strong appreciation of local development issues and believe in providing project outcomes that are appropriate for the local community context.
Relationships are a key part of how we work. We believe that partnerships are built on mutual trust and respect. It is by these principles we have carved ourselves out as leaders in the property and infrastructure industries. We are actively involved in the Urban Development Institute of Australia (UDIA) and Property Council of Australia (PCA) and are local members of the UDIA’s South Australian chapter. These connections inform the forward-thinking outcomes we deliver for our clients.
