Our Shepparton team has been providing specialist services to private and government sector clients in and around Shepparton for over 20 years. As local consultants, we have a sound appreciation of regional development issues and the diverse range of community aspirations. We strongly believe in providing project outcomes appropriate for our local community context. Our sustained local presence uniquely positions us to understand and address issues relevant to the functioning and development of our region.
Our team have also forged strong relationships with local Governments and approval authorities including The Greater Shepparton City Council, Strathbogie Shire Council, Moira Shire Council, Goulburn Broken Catchment Management Authority, Goulburn Valley Water and Goulburn Murray Water. These connections assist us in delivering timely and cost effective project outcomes for our valued clients.
We are also well connected with the local industry. These local relationships are a key part of how we work and the outcomes we achieve. We believe that partnerships are built on mutual trust and respect. It is by these principles we have carved ourselves out as leaders in the property and infrastructure industries. We are active members of the Committee for Greater Shepparton and the Infrastructure Network Goulburn Valley (INGV). We believe that these local connections are integral to delivering forward-thinking outcomes for our clients.
Our Shepparton office, led by Jeramy Blight, is a team of 26 staff who live and work in regional Victoria. Several of our senior consultants have held formal roles within community organisations including Jane Macey (board member for the Committee for Greater Shepparton and Fairley Fellow), Mark Seargent (former president of Shepparton Central Rotary and Fairley Fellow) and James Espagne (committee member for INGV) and many of our staff have been have been providing specialist local consulting services to our clients in and around Shepparton for over two decades. This collective local knowledge and experience provides us with a strong understanding of local development practice in order to deliver exceptional and pragmatic outcomes for rural and regional projects.
Our Shepparton team are supported by over 300 employees across our Melbourne, Canberra, Geelong, Ballarat, Bendigo, Gippsland and Albury / Wodonga offices. As one of the Regional Victoria’s largest property and infrastructure consultancies, we have the capacity to successfully deliver local projects of significant scale and complexity.
We have, and will continue to, proudly contribute to our local community. A recent example of this is the Goulburn Valley Health Therapeutic Courtyard in which our local Landscape Architecture team delivered pro-bono services to provide a new courtyard garden for the palliative care ward’s patients, families and staff.
