Matthew is a civil engineer with over 15 years of experience in the land development industry working on a range of residential, industrial and medium density subdivision projects.
Since joining Spiire in 2018 he has been managing residential and industrial developments of varying sizes.
Matthew is experienced in the whole life cycle of a land development project having started in design and moving up to managing projects since 2012, delivering estates of up to 2,000 lots. Matthew’s skillsets include detailed design, contract administration and project management.
He is currently an active member on the Association of Land Development Engineers (ALDE) board.
