With 30 plus years of experience in urban development and business, Keith has spent his entire career enhancing people’s lives through understanding that the projects under his stewardship impact directly on the way in which people live, work and play.
Keith has a passion for engineering and the development industry and has gained experience in a wide range of engineering sectors and businesses. With a foundation in engineering design earlier in his career, Keith provides technically relevant design solutions to ensure the project vision is delivered.
His experience and thoughtful approach to difficult problems allows him to find unique solutions that others do not. This was recognised by him receiving the 2018 National Stormwater Association award for best project.
Keith believes in forming strong relationships and creating empowered teams that challenge the conventional in pursuit of better outcomes. All while considering the commercial balance of the task at hand.
Over the years Keith has led or been involved in projects relating to multi-staged master planned projects, Commonwealth Games Athlete Village, urban development, retirement villages, structural engineering, commercial and industrial buildings, road infrastructure, pipelines, mining, environmental sustainability, affordable housing, resorts, golf courses, EIS’s, project feasibilities and health facilities.
