Alan is a Senior Associate Integrated Water engineer with over 13 years’ experience, primarily in the fields of flood risk, hydrology, hydraulics, urban water and waterway management. Alan is based in Spiire’s Geelong office.
His career has spanned a range of geographical locations and environments, including Scotland, Papa New Guinea, North Queensland and Victoria.
Alan’s involvement in a diverse range of projects, such as waterway diversion and rehabilitation design, large rural and urban flood studies and urban stormwater management has allowed him to develop a solid and broad understanding of water science and engineering.
Using his experience in conceptual and strategic projects, combined with his strong detailed design skills and knowledge, Alan has the ability to understand and identify the opportunities and risks through the life of the project.
