A chartered civil engineer registered in both Victoria and Queensland, Matthew is a highly experienced project director of land development and infrastructure projects, working closely with clients from acquisition and due diligence through to design and delivery.
With a foundation in civil design, a master’s in project management from the University of Melbourne and the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external project stakeholders, Matthew combines his technical expertise with creative problem solving, risk management and change management to deliver pragmatic solutions and exceptional outcomes for his clients.
Matthew is passionate about the project feasibility and due diligence phase, providing expert assistance to clients in navigating servicing strategies, cost analysis, and risk assessment to facilitate the acquisition of development sites. He leverages strong industry relationships to enhance these processes and takes great satisfaction in successful acquisitions.
