Spiire were engaged by Techne Architecture to provide town planning services for the development of the NDIS Geelong headquarters.
The project sought to redevelop and repurpose the Carlton Hotel at 21 Malop Street to create a 7 story, energy efficiency and responsive corporate offices for the NDIS.
The design of the project included a responsive approach to the Art Deco heritage of the original Carlton Hotel.
Spiire was responsible for obtained the necessary planning approvals and coordinating the architectural, landscape, traffic and heritage inputs required for the approvals.
