Manor Lakes Estate is a 750 hectare, masterplanned residential development in Wyndham Vale.
Consisting of 8,000 residential lots, the development provides two schools and a commercial precinct, aged care facilities and large open spaces.
A creek network and two lakes provide water features that sit alongside other open space facilities.
Spiire was appointed to provide surveying services.
We were asked to define the site’s title boundaries and create a detailed level and feature survey. This formed the basis of our engineering design and planning work, along with the subdivision plans for each stage of the development.
Key to the project’s success was that we provided accurate and timely data to our stakeholders at all times.
Our excellent relationships with Wyndham City Council, service authorities and other stakeholders meant that any issue could be resolved quickly.
Partly developed, Manor Lakes Estate has already provided significant infrastructure benefits to the Wyndham community.
