Charlemont Rise is a new masterplanned community, situated on Horseshoe Bend Road, in Charlemont, Geelong.
The project commenced in 2011, using Spiire’s integrated suite of multi-disciplinary services to create a mixed-use, urban development.
The estate’s desirable north facing land will feature tree-lined streetscapes and native vegetation. The natural elevation will provide panoramic outlooks.
The development will offer shopping, educational and community amenities, set amongst over 1,400 residential lots.
Charlemont Rise is a highly accessible location only a few minutes’ drive from the Geelong Ring Road. Public transport is also available from the nearby Marshall Station.
Spiire successfully obtained the necessary statutory approvals for the re-purposing of the site for urban development.
We advocated on the client’s behalf during the Victorian Planning Panel’s process and subsequently obtained permits with workable conditions.
By providing multi-disciplinary services, we’re delivering feasibility studies, a stormwater catchment analysis, masterplanning, land surveying, on-site engineering and landscape architecture superintendent offerings.
Spiire also created design documentation that has provided detailed cost estimates for the development.
