Wayne is a Licensed Surveyor with over 30 years’ experience in the surveying industry and operates within the Melbourne Spiire survey team.
His experience includes various types of work associated with greenfield residential estate projects including preparation and lodgement of plans of subdivision, rural surveys, land acquisition surveys for Councils and Authorities, creation and removal of easements, title re-establishment surveys and preparation of Lease plans.
He is proficient in Project Management, liaising with clients and authorities to gain efficient compliance timelines for Plans of Subdivision.
