Ross is a passionate water engineer, working broadly across stormwater and water environment sectors. While being based in Melbourne, Ross grew up on a dairy farm outside of Shepparton and is driven to help improve water environments in both regional and urban contexts.
Functioning in Business Manager and Project Director roles for the Integrated Water team, Ross represents Spiire across many of its geographies. He is motivated by client satisfaction, team engagement, and high-quality project delivery.
Ross enjoys working closely with clients, stakeholders, and project team members to produce innovative spaces that focus on the water environment and the end users’ experience.
Ross has also completed an Australian Aid assignment in Tuvalu advising the Public Works Department and worked in Sweden on large-scale infrastructure projects.
