Peter is civil engineer with 30 years’ experience. He started with Spiire in a design role 25 years ago and quickly progressed into project management.
His knowledge is largely based on land development, which includes:
- Road and subdivision design and management
- Traffic investigations and design and management
- Lake, main drainage and waterway design and management
- Road reconstructions design and management
- Development costings
As a project manager, Peter has successfully completed many major urban development projects involving masterplanning, design verifications, liaison and negotiation with clients and authorities.
Peter has developed a specialist skillset in many areas of land development and is both a Chartered Engineer and a Registered Building Practitioner.
