Nic has an excellent mind for strategy and enjoys forming relationships with stakeholders, in particular in regional settings to deliver integrated outcomes that provide mutual benefit.

As Business Unit Manager of Geelong, Nic built our Geelong business to an exemplar position in the local market, highly regarded within the industry. Nic adds value to projects with the effective management of multidisciplinary teams; bringing together collective expertise to create cohesive outcomes. Highly regarded in the industry, Nic is a longstanding member of Stormwater Victoria and the UDIA and has acted as an expert witness for the property and infrastructure industry at VCAT.

With a strong understanding of the property industry in South East Melbourne and Gippsland in particular, Nic’s current role sees him work closely with landowners, developers, agencies and stakeholders within that corridor and, living locally, deliver Spiire’s industry leading services to the these regions.
