Erica is an experienced planner who is passionate about providing infrastructure to Victoria’s regional and local communities. Erica is a long standing member of the Spiire planning team which has provided her with a variety of experience in statutory and strategic planning including advocacy, planning approvals and property advice over the last 15 years. This has given Erica a unique understanding of the pressures and priorities facing our clients.
In particular, Erica is responsible for working with some of Spiire’s key Government and infrastructure clients in providing planning advice and sourcing approvals for a range of facilities including hospitals, schools and health centres. Her experience in land acquisition and disposal projects means she is particularly across the issues and complexities facing Government in managing their property portfolios.
Erica enjoys working in multi-disciplinary teams and sees the benefits that this arrangement can bring to a project. She also excels at stakeholder engagement and is able to perform in a range of consultation environments.
