Brendan has over 15 years’ experience working on Town Planning projects throughout Australia. Numerous roles at Local and State Government, private practice and in statutory and strategic planning have given Brendan a thorough understanding of legislative frameworks, strategic policy and project management.
Managerial roles have also allowed Brendan to excel at managing staff, contract management and liaising with executive teams.
Over the past ten years, Brendan has completed many contract roles at Victorian and NSW Councils, furthering his experience of regional issues and opportunities.
In addition to Town Planning qualifications, Brendan in also an accredited Bushfire Consultant and recently completed a two year bushfire project for the Victorian Schools Building Authority.
Brendan’s ability to adapt to the needs of different clients, projects and stakeholders makes him an invaluable member of the Spiire Town Planning Team.
