Jim is a Licensed Surveyor with over 30 years’ experience in private practice.
He’s been with us since 1998 and, having acquired broad expertise in many fields of surveying, is one of our most valued leaders.
Jim has worked on a number of large-scale residential projects involving complex ownership and sub divisional issues that have required detailed advice to clients and resolution through both Council and Land Victoria.
He also has extensive knowledge of the sub divisional processes, Owners Corporations, Notice of Restrictions, Building Envelopes and Memorandum of Common Provisions.
