Andrew has over 25 years’ experience as a civil engineer in government and private practice.
He has been involved in major projects including Blackspot highway intersection designs, reconstruction of the Western Highway, design of the South-Eastern Freeway traffic lanes, which included major drainage and bridge barrier protection.
In the last 15 years, Andrew has been working on residential and industrial land developments and associated infrastructure projects.
