Spiire All Staff Conference 2022

300 people. Eight offices. Three inspiring keynote speakers. One action-packed day.

The Spiire community celebrated a long-awaited reconnection at last week’s All Staff Conference. It was fantastic to have so many of our people together at the Melbourne Exhibition Centre to recharge the fun and collaborative culture that’s a cornerstone of our business.

Thank you to our incredible guest speakers Holly Ransom, Bernard Salt AM and Brendan Condon for igniting conversations that truly resonated with our people.

First, Holly energised us to consider the impact we can all have as intentional role models, and shared tools to build momentum for change. Bernard took us on a fascinating dive into Australia’s demographic trends and illuminated the stories behind the data. Our final speaker, Brendan, closed the day with an inspiring look at sustainability innovations in practice.

We came away with so many new connections and ideas to explore as we continue working towards a bright future for our people and communities.
