Charlemont Rise: Turning the first sod

New Geelong suburb, Charlemont and its new community, Charlemont Rise Estate celebrated a major milestone last week when the first sod was turned on site.

Situated on 100 hectares on Horseshoe Bend Road in Geelong, Charlemont Rise is the region’s newest masterplanned community. The gentle rise and fall of the land offers exceptional elevated living and exclusive outlooks.

Charlemont Rise possesses shopping, educational and community amenities, set amongst over 1400 residential lots. Highly connected, the community is only minutes from Marshall Station and the Geelong Ring Road.

In attendance at the opening were local government representatives; Liberal Member for Corangamite, Sarah Henderson and Geelong Mayor, Darryn Lyons.

Spiire provided a due diligence and feasibility study, surveying, planning, landscape architecture and engineering services for the new estate. We look forward to working with the Charlemont team on the next project phases.

(L to R) Darryn Lyons, Geelong Mayor, Gary Smith, Landowner and Sarah Henderson, Liberal Member for Corangamite.
